Sr. Human Resource Business Partner- Bilingual

Vaco LA is working with a client in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to help improve and building HR practices within the company. This opportunity is located in Vernon CA and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay between 135k-145k on a direct hire basis.  Bilingual in Spanish and True HR Business Partner experience required for the role.

Job Specifications :

• Building and improve upon HR practices, policies and procedures

Building and coaching managers and fostering talent

Partner with business leaders to address and provide effective HR strategies and solutions

Facilitate employee engagement, retention and development

Manage all employee relations issues

Over 8 years of True HRBP experience

Bilingual in Spanish is required for role

Experience coming from a Manufacturing environment or working with majority non exempt employees required for role

Bachelors Degree or HR certification a plus
