We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. In this role, you will manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll systems.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and execute full-cycle payroll processes for employees across multiple states.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Manage payroll for a workforce up to 5000 employees.
- Utilize ADP to process and maintain payroll data accurately.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll processes with organizational policies.
- Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency in full-cycle payroll operations and multi-state payroll processing.
- Expertise in using ADP similar payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
