WHAT WE'LL NEED

  • Program Management : Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Compliance : Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and FMLA.
  • Vendor Management : Manage relationships with benefits vendors and providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service delivery meets organizational standards.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze benefits data and trends to assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Communication : Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about available benefits and changes to programs.
  • Budget Management : Monitor and manage the budget for employee benefits, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining competitive offerings.
  • Reporting : Prepare reports for management on benefits utilization, trends, and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Employee Support : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, addressing concerns and providing guidance.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience : 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills : - Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits management software
