Key Responsibilities
Strengthen team culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Partner with stakeholders to identify organizational needs and co-create learning solutions
Design and lead training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in organizational development and talent development
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to design and implement effective training programs
Familiarity with assessment tools, such as DiSC
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new systems
