Technical Analyst (Remote - US)

As a Technical Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of governance, technical architecture, and data-driven decision-making within decentralized systems. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights, and ensuring alignment between system design, governance tooling, and user requirements. This role offers the opportunity to influence governance features, analyze performance data across Web2 and Web3 systems, and provide strategic recommendations to support scalable, secure, and user-centered blockchain solutions. Ideal candidates are curious, analytical, and comfortable navigating both technical and organizational complexities in an evolving ecosystem.

Accountabilities :

• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand system architecture and governance design.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and identify gaps between design and implementation.
• Support governance tooling requirements, providing context on architecture, trade-offs, and relevant data.
• Analyze, document, and maintain records for governance systems, including blockchains, smart contracts, APIs, wallets, and voting dApps.
• Gather, clean, and organize on-chain and off-chain data to inform governance decisions and monitor performance.
• Ensure data handling adheres to regulations such as GDPR.
• Collaborate within teams to contribute ideas, solve problems, and drive projects forward in a decentralized environment.
