Monaco Motors, located in Canoga Park, CA, is seeking a highly organized full-time Office Manager - Administrative Assistant to join our team.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time, onsite position with consistent hours from Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM .

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an Office Manager - Administrative Assistant, you will oversee and manage the administrative operations of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will start your day by handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, providing excellent service to customers and team members alike. Throughout the day, you will process payroll, manage bill payments, sort mail, and maintain an organized filing system. Your proficiency in QuickBooks and other software will allow you to manage financial tasks with accuracy. As a personable and approachable team member, you will contribute to the welcoming atmosphere Monaco Motors is known for, ensuring clients and staff are supported every step of the way.
