Description
We're currently seeking an upbeat Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting daily business operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with billing and payment processing, and providing general clerical support to ensure smooth office functions. The role will handle tasks such as processing invoices, preparing deposits, filing, scanning, managing correspondence, and assisting with supply tracking. By combining bookkeeping duties with administrative support, this position helps ensure both financial accuracy and efficient office operations.
What You'll Do
- Commitment to the principles of continuous quality improvement
- Builds process for streamlining of asks
- Receive, sort, scan, and distribute mail
- Partner with clinics for open communication, inventory and supply tracking
- Match checks with remittance slips, endorse, log, prepare deposits, and verify after deposited
- Count cash batches, verify, record, prepare deposits, and verify after deposited
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure dual verification
- Post payment data into bookkeeping system
- Coordinate vendor account requirements with vendors such as W-9, invoices, etc.
- Order necessary supplies and confirm upon receipt of said supplies
- Partner in the development and updates of Standardized Operating Procedures and guidelines
- Audit and monitor operations ensuring effective performance
- Incorporate leadership feedback into improvement strategies
- Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned

This position will report to our corporate office at 8880 W Sunset Rd, Suite 320, Las Vegas, NV 89148. This is a temporary position for 6-8 weeks.The total pay range for this role is : $22-25 per hour.
