Marketing Manager Job at Swoon in California

Base pay range $47.72 / hr - $52.72 / hr

This is a fully remote 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for top-tier merchants across the Restaurant and Convenience verticals.

Own end-to-end partner marketing relationships and act as the strategic point of contact.

Design and implement best-in-class marketing playbooks aimed at improving merchant ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Create annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans in collaboration with external merchant marketing teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (analytics, creative, ops, etc.) to execute merchant campaigns.

Build marketing campaigns for new merchant launches with a focus on brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Monitor campaign performance, generate partner-facing and internal reports, and optimize efforts based on analytics.

Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities for growth, improve customer retention, and drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing, specifically in partnership, B2B, or integrated marketing roles.

Proven ability to operate across strategic and tactical levels from planning to execution.

Skilled in building trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients, especially at the senior leadership level.

Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret campaign performance and apply insights to future initiatives.

Experience creating and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.

Comfort with data tools and marketing analytics platforms to assess campaign ROI and customer acquisition metrics.
