Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business goals

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations

Manage the workflow of the SEO team by assigning tasks and ensuring timely and quality completion of client work

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between marketing teams and other departments

Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Qualifications

Experience with search engine optimization

Experience managing Google Ads accounts (preferably Google Ads certified)

Project management experience with a solid understanding of project management methodology

Knowledge of project management software such as Basecamp, MS Project, or Salesforce

Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm PST

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with teams of 3 or more people

Experience with WordPress and / or Magento

Ability to write HTML / CSS / PHP
