A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Enablement Partner responsible for managing and scaling a comprehensive Sales Management Task Force.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale a comprehensive Sales Enablement program to maximize home lending recapture and harvesting capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, tools, and measurement capabilities for sales teams
Design initiatives to understand customer bases and inform loyalty efforts while establishing KPIs to track success metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Eight (8) years of experience in Mortgage and Home Equity lending, marketing, and analytics
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Five (5) years of experience leading business analyst teams in home lending recapture and harvesting is preferred
