Summary :
We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 IT Support Technician to provide advanced desktop, server, and network support while managing Microsoft 365, including SharePoint administration. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Provide Level 2–3 support for Windows / macOS systems, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint , Teams, Azure AD).
- Manage and customize SharePoint sites, permissions, and document libraries.
- Perform Windows Server administration (user management, patching, backups).
- Troubleshoot network issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers).
- Document procedures and support IT projects, including SharePoint migrations.
Requirements :
5+ years in IT support (Level3 preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & SharePoint administration.Experience with Windows Server and basic networking.Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.Preferred : Microsoft 365 Certified, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA.
