Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to enhance IT capabilities at our client's manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role is vital for maintaining IT stability, security, and efficiency across various functions, including networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, desktop support, ERP support, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee cloud and on-premises systems, including Microsoft services and Azure, manage network infrastructure and Active Directory, and ensure seamless IT operations.
- Implement and monitor security tools, assess risks, and train staff on security best practices.
- Collaborate with users and consultants to troubleshoot ERP system issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
