We are hiring an Order Administrator to work Onsite in our Cedar Rapids, IA facility. This position is directly responsible for supporting the corporation's goals through effective and efficient administration of customer sales orders, related information, and processes from contract award through shipment, billing, close-out and archiving of sales orders. What You Will Do

• Work closely with Contract Managers, Master Schedulers, Shipping personnel, Program management, Quality, Production Operations, Engineering, Import / Export Compliance and various Government or Customer Personnel.
• Work with SAP Sales and Distribution module and where required entry into Wide Area Workflow for DCMA government shipment approval.
• Create / edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
• Will communicate effectively with a variety of internal customers and resources within the company.
• Manage on-going changes from the assigned Contract Managers and associated Sales Orders and taking the appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies within our assigned tasks, through actions in SAP and WAWF.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
