YOUR ROLE AS A HVAC SERVICE SUPERVISOR :

• Train and coach technicians to boost ticket averages, closing rates, and overall revenue.
• Promote sales training and lead generation strategies.
• Conduct weekly and monthly ride-alongs to improve our service processes.
• Follow up on jobs and parts, selling estimates on outstanding work.
• Manage truck inventory and maintain high operational standards for safety and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide expert technical support to technicians on diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Develop a high-performance culture of growth and excellence.
• Manage recruiting, retention, and employee development.
• Work with vendors and warehouse staff to recommend and procure parts for jobs and stock.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
