Akkodis is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Level 2 IT Support Technician for a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity with our Fortune 500 client located in Smyrna, GA.
This role provides onsite technical support to internal and external users, including hardware and software troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and escalation support.
The rate for this position is $25-$30 / hr. on W2 . The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
