    About the role

  • The role of System Administrator will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of core infrastructure components and environment.

    • What you\'ll do

  • Microsoft / Office 365 administration
  • Azure AD / Entra and Identity Management
  • Conditional Access (and access controls in AAD)
  • Privileged Identity Management
  • Exchange
  • MS Teams
  • Enterprise Apps / App Registrations
  • Modern Auth methods (SAML / OAuth 2.0 / AADB2C)
  • Graph API
  • PowerShell / AZCLI Scripting experience
  • Server and Workstation OS administration
  • Windows Server 2019 / 22 / 25
  • Windows 11
  • VMware
  • Scripting Experience - Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
  • Switching / APs (Aruba experience preferred but not required)
  • Vlans
  • QOS
  • Management
  • Firewalls (Fortinet Experience preferred but not required)
  • ZTNA
  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration
  • Azure (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Private Link Services
  • Network Security (Azure Firewall, Service Firewall, NSG, WAF)
  • IaC concepts - BICEP preferred
  • Experience documenting systems, configuration and developing SOPs
  • Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.

    • Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Agile fundamentals (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Some travel is required

    • The pay range for this role is : 90,000 - 130,000 USD per year (Rosemont)
