A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage end-to-end lifecycle execution in Braze, including campaigns, flows, testing, and reporting
Build and optimize patient journeys for onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back
Run A / B and multivariate tests across various elements and monitor lifecycle KPIs
Required Qualifications
4-6 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
Hands-on experience with Braze at an operator level
Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable results
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
