Key Responsibilities
Accountable for quarterly revenue retention targets for enterprise merchants
Host strategic business reviews and increase adoption of Loop's features tailored to merchant priorities
Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development
Required Qualifications
Several years of customer success or account management experience with strategic enterprise businesses for B2B SaaS products
Experience managing the renewal process for enterprise accounts
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Experience in merchant communications and data analysis to create value stories
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
