Analytisch stark : KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) verstehen, sauber reporten und in Maßnahmen übersetzen. CRO / Funnel-Basis : Landingpage-Grundlagen (Formulare, CTAs, Speed) und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design / Copy. Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Verlässlichkeit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift) Flexibles, projektbasiertes Arbeiten als Freelancer / Freiberufler. Bei Web Spring, einer dynamischen Performance-Marketing-Agentur aus Köln, bauen wir Sales-Funnels mit Landeseiten sowie Google- und Meta-Ads auf und verhelfen mittelständischen Unternehmen zu einem erfolgreichen digitalen Markenauftritt und zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden.
Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine : n Meta & Google Ads Spezialist : in (Media Buyer) , der / die Werbeaccounts strategisch führt, Kampagnen sauber strukturiert, laufend optimiert und verlässlich skaliert.
Aufgaben
- Du betreust eigenständig die Meta- und Google-Werbeaccounts unserer Kunden und verantwortest deren Optimierung.
- Planung, Setup & laufende Optimierung von Meta- und Google-Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) für Leadgenerierung
- Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von Creatives, Hooks, Copys, Zielgruppen, Anzeigenerweiterungen / Assets, Keywordlisten, Kampagnen, A / B-Tests und vielem mehr
- Du denkst ganzheitlich und optimierst nicht nur die Werbeaccounts, sondern den gesamten Funnel – inkl. einfacher Optimierungen an Landeseiten (Texte, Bilder, CTAs).
- Zielgruppenanalyse : Analyse der Zielgruppe, um deren Bedürfnisse und Interessen zu verstehen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Design- und Marketingteams : Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Teams
- Erstellung von conversionstarken Formularen : Entwicklung von Formularen, die Nutzer zur gewünschten Handlung motivieren und eine hohe Konversionsrate erzielen.
- Tracking : Sauberes Setup in GA4 / GTM, Enhanced Conversions & Consent Mode v2; regelmäßige QA der Events.
- Reporting & Maßnahmen : Wöchentliche Auswertungen (CPL / CPA, Leadqualität) mit klaren To-dos und Priorisierung
