Job Description

Lead and manage all quality-related functions at the Huntley site. Deescalate customer concerns and resolve issues swiftly and professionally. Conduct and oversee food safety audits, customer audits, and supplier audits. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA). Utilize software tools including MS Excel, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce (preferred), and ERP systems (PSI used onsite).

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Professional should have :

• Proven experience in flexible packaging (e.g., plastic films, aluminum foil).
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement and RCA.
• Knowledge of SQF standards (certification not required).
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
