Administrative Assistant – Licensing & Compliance Support
LHH is currently partnering with an organization in Ashburn, VA that is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join their team at the Support Center.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. The hourly pay ranges from $23 to $27, depending on experience.
This role requires on-site attendance five days a week and is expected to begin on October 20th.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong understanding of our business operations and the regulatory licensing landscape
- Track and monitor business, health, liquor, and other permits related to our operations
- Assist with collecting, preparing, and maintaining documentation required for licensing support
- Prepare and submit applications and disclosure documents to local, state, and federal agencies
- Ensure timely and accurate renewal and submission of licenses and permits
- Maintain records and prepare regular status reports on pending licensing matters
- Oversee execution, organization, and retention of licensing documents
- Conduct due diligence on third parties and assist with legal and regulatory research
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather required information and support compliance needs
- Manage incoming and outgoing licensing correspondence (scan, upload, distribute)
- Support the legal / compliance team with additional administrative projects as needed
