Senior Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager, Integration Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine integration standards and processes across the deal lifecycle

Ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects

Lead integration delivery managers and oversee all project activities related to new acquisitions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA preferred

8-10 years of experience in program and project management, particularly in M&A integration

Proven track record of coordinating complex integration initiatives

Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
