What You Will Be Doing :

Responsible for managing internal operations of the Marketing Department as assigned by the Manager of Marketing Operations & Development. Responsible for continued development of eCommerce and other Agency and Marketing system applications. Serve as subject matter expert for the Marketing Department in the area of agent commissions, bonus plans, agent licensing, agency reports, agent equipment, and business resumption.

What We're Looking For :

• Thorough knowledge of and aptitude with computers and have a good understanding of the internal and field operations of the Marketing Department.
• General education background at the college level or equivalent job-related experience.
• Willing to travel to conduct presentations to field management and agents.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
