Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, promoting a culture of high performance
Oversee compensation and total rewards programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with company values
Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent while ensuring organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 5 years in leadership roles
Expertise in compensation administration, payroll, HRIS, and talent acquisition
Experience leading distributed teams in high-growth environments
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
