A company is looking for a Curriculum Development & Instructional Senior Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead curriculum development and instructional design for various training projects

Manage large-scale training projects from discovery through delivery

Partner with business leaders to align learning solutions with strategic goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a learning and development role, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in designing and developing blended, virtual, and in-class learning deliverables

Skilled in using eLearning software such as Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Experience operating in an Agile development environment

Project management experience
