We are looking for Service Coordinator for the Houston office whose primary function is to efficiently manage and oversee the service-related operations within the Service department.
Job Responsibilities
- Create service ticket in our internal software as they come in.
- CRM calendar updates & follow ups.
- Insert tickets into our accounting software.
- Work with accounting to ensure correct and complete billing to customers.
- Setup new customers
- Provide daily reports as requested.
- Keep all platforms up to date.
- Respond to voluminous emails with vendors, team members, and clients.
- Manage customer expectations and enhance service level.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to customer service issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service.Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), internet, web-based and client specific software applications.Time-management and adaptability based on ongoing changing prioritiesBenefits
