A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees

Oversee the implementation of new payroll systems and onboarding of new companies

Administer employee benefits and reconcile insurance bills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

At least 8 years of payroll experience, including 3+ years managing multi-state payrolls

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compliance with payroll laws

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
