MUST HAVE CORPORATE EXPERIENCE

  • This is a 3+month contract opportunity

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a legal or corporate environment.
  • Some experience reading and understanding legal contracts or similar complex documents.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) and experience with contract management software or databases is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A legal assistant certificate or paralegal experience is a strong asset, but not required.
