What to Expect

  • Perform complex build and configuration in Epic Beaker and related products
  • Lead working sessions with members to resolve advanced integration work orders
  • Provide hands-on training and workflow solutions to ensure system understanding
  • Document build specifications and clinic workflows, and conduct quality assurance on builds
  • Support clinic staff during Go-Lives and Dress Rehearsals, including potential after-hours support

    • What is Required

  • Proven experience as an Epic Beaker Solutions Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical applications
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex projects
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for on-site software installations as needed
  • Excellent communication skills for training and documentation purposes

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with rural or underserved populations
  • Familiarity with integration issues and solutions within EHR systems
  • Previous mentoring or leadership experience in a technical environment
  • Advanced knowledge of workflow best practices in clinical settings
