Our client in Addison is looking to hire talented Inside Sales Representatives to join their team on a Direct Hire basis! This position comes salaried along with commissions and bonuses, health, dental, and 401K match. PLUS a $2000 90-day success bonus and a $500 / month non-recoverable draw for the first 3 months!

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for calling on financial decision-makers to schedule demos. This role will focus on gaining new client interest and setting up meetings.

Base Compensation : $45,000-$60,000 DOE

Job Duties :

• Outbound B2B calls to targeted prospect list- via warm and cold leads
• Inbound website lead follow-up
• Get through the gatekeeper- to reach key financial decision-makers
• Speak with decision-makers CFO or finance executives
• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our solution
• Generate interest and qualify opportunities
• Ability to effectively handle and respond to objections
• Schedule demo appointments via GoToMeeting
• Provide clear documentation and record-keeping of client interaction
• Provide assistance and follow up if needed to close the deal
• Contribute to team success by accomplishing results as needed
