Job Description :
The Manager Revenue Management for our International Team leads a high-impact Team responsible for maximizing revenue across Southwest Airlines' international network. This role sets strategic direction for inventory management, guiding how and when seats are released in coordination with our Pricing Teams to optimize revenue performance. By analyzing root cause drivers of revenue trends and communicating insights to Commercial Leadership, this Manager ensures data-driven decisions that support both short- and long-term financial planning. This leader also contributes to cross-functional initiatives and supports a highly analytical, strategic, and technically skilled Team. With direct influence over international flight profitability, this role is essential to Southwest's commercial success and growth in global markets.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee and contribute to the partnerships within the business to identify risks and drive revenue production and / or cost reduction actions to meet plan targetsEffectively lead and coach a team of 3-6 individuals, build a strong and diverse teamAdvise and guide revenue, variance, and trending analysis for key performance drivers and metricsAdvise and guide the development of new forecasting models and improve accuracy and insights of current modelsEstablish deliverable timelines ensuring plans, analysis, projects, and / or presentations are delivered on timeProactively analyze high level business trends to create "state of the business"Communicate analytical findings with different audience including Sr. ExecutiveCoordinate across commercial partners to recommend strategy decisions to optimize revenueInteract with and extract data from relational database systemsCreate tracking mechanisms and actively follows-up to gauge impact of actionsGenerate ad-hoc or standardized reports that summarizes the business and monitor multiple data sources and is responsible for maintaining data integrityMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee's LeadersKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required : High School Diploma or GEDExperience

Competitive market salary from $134,750 to $149,700 per year
