• . We’re a busy real estate practice in Rochester, NY looking for an experienced Real Estate Attorney who’s ready to take
• ownership
• of deals, strengthen client relationships, and help us deliver a smooth, modern closing experience.

You’ll be the trusted guide for buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents—turning complex transactions into confident decisions. You’ll have autonomy, a supportive team at your back, and room to grow.

What you’ll do :

• Lead and collaborate on residential and commercial real estate matters in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Guide clients through each stage of their real estate journey with clear, timely communication
• Review, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Analyze deeds, title, and surveys; identify and resolve issues before they become problems
• Manage closings and keep transactions on track

What you’ll bring :

• Active NY bar admission in good standing
• Hands-on real estate experience with a strong grasp of transactions and title
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organization skills
• Confident client communication and relationship-building abilities
• A self-starter mindset—detail-oriented, accountable, and client-focused
