Join the team that connects people with quality experiences that give them the best value in wireless.In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)What you'll be doing.

Deliver data-driven insights and develop recommendations for strategies / actions to deliver short- & long-term joint business plan objectives within assigned National Retail partners.

In this role, you will provide dedicated analytical support to the channel management / sales lead to analyze business opportunities, evaluate effectiveness of distribution / promotional strategies, and make recommendations for improvement using internal and external data sources.

Provides weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting; identifying relevant insights / trends and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant action plans.

Attends retailer meetings and provides analytical expertise in support of Joint Business Plan development, monitoring, and execution.

In this role your responsibilities will include : Evaluating distribution / promotional strategies to understand pre / post event business impact.

e.g. business case assessment / LTV modeling, volume lift, ROI, elasticity / quality acquisition)Assessing financial effectiveness to ensure a healthy business model and deliver profitable growth for Verizon and our retail partners.

e.g. COA / R, subsidy, spend efficiency, commissions / residuals)Monitoring ongoing business plan performance to identify gaps / incremental opportunities, driving insights & develop corrective action plans.

e.g. Gross Adds, Churn / Survival Rates, Plan Mix - ARPU / Revenue)Designing, maintaining, and automating KPI dashboards by leveraging internal systems, retailer portals and cross-department data sources.

Supporting special projects and ad-hoc reports based on specific business needs (e.g. market / competitive landscape, organizational priorities)What we're looking for.

You have a gift for taking unstructured data, coordinating it, finding the valuable takeaways, and making it understood by others-in just the right way for that audience.

Your attention to detail ensures you'll get the job done accurately. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges come up every day but you are organized so no balls are dropped.

You view problems as puzzles you'd like to tackle. You are comfortable working on your own but you also enjoy collaborating.

You are a good listener and able to translate a business question into just the right analysis to find the answer.You'll need to have : Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, or other quantitative field or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant work experience.Three or more years of related experience in operations, business development or financial strategy / planning.

Proficient with Excel (VBA preferred.)Experience with aggregating and summarizing large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or business opportunities.

Experience with data modeling.Predictive analytics experience using a variety of methods to advise future-state planning and develop comprehensive business assessments.

Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.Even better if you have one or more of the following : A Master's degree.SQL expertise.

Knowledge of data warehousing.Visual Basic for Applications experience.Familiarity with data visualization software, such as Tableau.

Managed projects and delivered results for multiple partners.Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team-oriented and strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to build relationships (internal / external) and interact effectively with other departments and levels of business.

Process-oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement.Retail, E-Com, or Startup experienceWhere you'll be workingIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
