- Ability to concentrate on task in high traffic area; ability to keep information highly confidential; able to meet deadlines and set priorities;
- skills in dealing courteously with public and with patients within the organization; ability to work with minimal supervision;
- general experience, plumbing and air conditioning with experience in repairs and maintenance; some electrical knowledge , understanding that safety is as important as well as job completion;
flexibility to work closely with patients and staff in a caring and supportive style.
The position is an hourly, non-exempt, overtime-eligible position with a wage starting at $21.00 for all new hires. Automatic merit increases will apply annually based on annual evaluations.
Shift differential applies for night shift position.
Requirements
High School Diploma required. Maintenance or related field certifications preferred. Writing and mathematic skills; oral communication skills
