Office Manager
Location : Corona, CA
Schedule : Full-time, On-site
Pay rate : $25-$30 / hr
Duties :
Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide high-quality customer support.
Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Process and deposit incoming checks, maintain financial tracking logs, and coordinate with accounting.
Coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, and office supplies.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and track purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Serve as a liaison between engineers, leadership, and vendors to resolve order or service issues efficiently.
Support HR functions including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and scheduling training sessions.
Assist with planning company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
Act as a trusted liaison between employees and the CEO for HR or operational concerns.
Provide administrative and scheduling support to the CEO, including correspondence and document preparation.
Coordinate cross-departmental communication to align operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
Assist with special projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar leadership role (MSP or IT services experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Experience in procurement, vendor management, or basic accounting tasks is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion
