HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to make an impact beyond the typical day-to-day tasks? We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Manager to manage our HR processes and actively contribute to our mission-driven organization.
As an HR Manager, you will :
- Manage key HR activities such as employee changes, hires, terminations, and promotions through Paycom.
- Oversee onboarding and benefits administration.
- Work closely with the VP of HR and participate in strategic initiatives like employee engagement.
- Play a pivotal role in special projects that help advance HR practices and enhance our organizational culture.

The ideal candidate will have :
- A bachelors degree
- At least 2 years of experience in HR processes
- Familiarity with Paycom or a similar HRIS system
- A balance of technical HR expertise and strategic thinking, with a desire to contribute to long-term organizational goals.
Salary : $50k-$55k
Location : Onsite, Louisville, KY
