A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers to resolve complex or escalated issues
Perform research to determine optimal resolutions and provide timely follow-up
Document customer interactions and collaborate with multiple teams
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Designated workspace / home office with high-speed internet
Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and PC / hardware setup
Availability to work specific hours during and after training
High School Diploma or GED preferred
