Program : Amarillo, Texas – Adult Probation and Parole TCOOMMI (Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments)

Salary range :

Case Manager I : $40,809.60 Annually

Case Manager II : $43,305.60 Annually

Case Manager III : $46,009.60 Annually

Shift available : Full-time

Essential duties and responsibilities :

• Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
• Serves as the case manager / skills trainer for Texas Correctional Office for Medical and Mental Impairments (TCOOMMI) program
• Responsible for service delivery for identified intensive, specialized caseloads for adults with behavioral health issues and on probation, residing in either Potter, Randall, or Armstrong counties
• Works as a member of the criminal justice interdisciplinary team (probation, parole, and courts)
• Will receive training in state-approved assessment and skills training curriculum that emphasizes evidence-based practices to help improve daily functioning
• Position will organize and provide culturally competent and trauma-informed care activities and collaboration among all participants involved with the individual’s care
• Duties include continuity of care, completing assessment & treatment planning, working within the team to ensure appropriate services are delivered, engaging individuals by taking a person-centered approach to help identify strategies and objectives
• Will assist & collaborate with the interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Team in promoting skills development and community stability
• Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and / or business standards defined in the code are compromised
