Job Summary
We’re looking for an RCO- Senior Business Support Specialist to join our PharmScript team within our Revenue Cycle Operations Facility department.
As an RCO Senior Business Support Specialist, you will support the various departments in Revenue Cycle Operation by handling duties not limited to data entry, reconciliation, mail, etc.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned support specialist who enjoys training, troubleshooting, resolving problems and data entry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow to ensure tasks are being worked on timely
- Assist the supervisor / manager with departmental training needs.
- Train new hires, provide updates to changes in processes and hold refresher training sessions as needed.
- Perform internal departmental review of miscellaneous charges / credits.
- Coordinate with the financial department to reconcile and resolve any discrepancies as it relates to the month-end application of payments and refunds.
- Assist the team as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Communicate with supervisor / manager of any challenges, successes, or concerns.
- Other duties may be assigned to support the department
Qualifications
- High school degree or GED is required
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support or similar role
- Able to work independently, as well as in a diverse team environment
- Reliable, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, walk, crawl intermittently
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed
- May lift and / or move up to 25 pounds
