LHH is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join a highly regarded firm in Tampa, FL. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to provide essential support to attorneys handling corporate and transactional matters.

Overview

Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to corporate attorneys.
• Draft, proofread, and prepare corporate documents, contracts, correspondence, and filings.
• Assist with entity formation, maintenance of corporate records, and annual reporting requirements.
• Organize and maintain corporate files, minute books, and related documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, manage attorney calendars, and track deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.
• Support attorneys with transactional closings, including preparing closing binders and checklists.
