Accountabilities

• Define and execute the creative vision and strategy to elevate brand expression across owned, paid, and integrated channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and creative project managers to deliver high-quality, innovative creative work.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure on-brand execution of creative initiatives.
• Collaborate with product design teams to maintain cohesive brand experiences across marketing and product surfaces.
• Stay informed on audience insights, market trends, competitor activity, and brand opportunities to guide creative decision-making.
• Participate in hands-on design work, creating key deliverables and directional mockups for critical projects.
