Project Specialist - Pennsylvania Licensed

A company is looking for a Project Specialist to assist with the Heart and Vascular Institute.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with department and site administrators, practice managers, and users

Oversee the Physician Services Division Clinical sites database, including data updating and reporting

Serve as a liaison between management, departmental representatives, and database developers

Required Qualifications

B.A. degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience

Knowledge of the organization and function of an academic medical center

Familiarity with Oracle database functions and capabilities is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision
