Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers to provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism
Document and track customer issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Collaborate with internal and external teams to complete projects and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with chat support
Bachelor's or College Degree in any field
Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office
Exposure to social media is a plus
Analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on client satisfaction
