Talent Navigator : Drive talent development and succession planning, ensuring that they're not just filling positions but building future leaders.
Employee Advocate : Be the voice of the employee, ensuring that their needs, ideas, and contributions are heard and integrated into company-wide decisions.
Data-Driven Decision Maker : Use HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, track trends, and guide solutions that improve their people strategy.

Qualifications :
- You're a high-integrity, dynamic, patient and understanding HR professional with strong influence and leadership skills.
- You're a strong business acumen who is capable of making quick and responsible informed decisions and then acting on those decisions to communicate and implement change.
- You're able to leverage your PHR / SHRM-COP or other certification(s) for mastery in this role.
- You have (3) years of experience in Human Resources or similar field.
- You boast a collection of experiences, knowledge and familiarity acquired through active professional practices to empower your day-to-day activities.
