• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• 10+ years of experience with Revit
• Experienced with building design systems (i.e. Revit)
• Experience managing or leading a team
• Able to travel 15-20% of the time across the country (Day trip or overnight - travel, meals, stay paid for)

Job Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will manage a team of 2–5 electrical engineers while handling your own projects and workload. This includes directing junior engineers and serving as the Engineer of Record, ensuring all designs meet building codes and safety standards. The role involves approximately 15–20% travel for day trips or occasional overnight stays, primarily in the Midwest but with projects across the country. All travel expenses, including meals and transportation, are covered. You will work on government-funded projects, requiring strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
