What you will be doing :
- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items by colleagues for a la carte and / or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
- Supervise all phases of food production and service related to catering functions and group sales, in order to ensure high quality standards and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for quality and quantity control of all food production, control of food and payroll costs and staffing of banquet and OAK Long Bar + Kitchen teams.
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Oversee two culinary teams (banquets and restaurant) with a focus on engagement and training
Your experience and skills include :
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Add diplomas / certifications required if needed
