What you will be doing :

  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items by colleagues for a la carte and / or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
  • Supervise all phases of food production and service related to catering functions and group sales, in order to ensure high quality standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible for quality and quantity control of all food production, control of food and payroll costs and staffing of banquet and OAK Long Bar + Kitchen teams.
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
  • Oversee two culinary teams (banquets and restaurant) with a focus on engagement and training

Your experience and skills include :

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
  • Add diplomas / certifications required if needed
