  • Explainingdocument management solutions and IT service capabilities
  • Expand sales in existing accounts byintroducing new products and services; and developing newapplications.
  • Maintain relationships withclients by providing support information and guidance; researchingand recommending new opportunities;

and recommending profit andservice improvements.

  • Recommends productservice and policy changes by evaluating results and competitivedevelopments.
  • Contributes information tomarket strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactionsfrom accounts.
  • Train and motivate the dealersales force.
