Location : Midtown, New York, NY (hybrid with 4 days in the office)

Responsibilities :

The Senior Paralegal will assist the other senior paralegals and attorneys that support the Firm's Sales & Trading division, which includes the Equities, Fixed Income and Prime Brokerage divisions.

• Reviewing Prospectuses, Registration Statements and other filings in connection with various types of equity sales, as well as related representation letters; track approvals
• Preparation of Prime Brokerage and ISDA documentation
• Assist with various filing requirements
• Assist with group record keeping

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000

The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
