Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on cross-selling medical, dental, vision, supplemental, life, and disability insurance products. Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-to-large group accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and account management. Use agency management software and other sales tools to track and manage activities. Stay informed on industry trends, including self-funding, level-funding, captives, and consortiums, to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. Experience : Proven track record in sales with a strong hunting mindset. Experience with self-funding, level-funding, and managing group accounts is highly preferred. Licenses / Designations : Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license. P&C license is a plus. Technical Skills : Proficiency with sales tracking and benefits administration platforms preferred. Soft Skills : Grit, adaptability, self-starter mentality, and the ability to adjust to evolving business needs. Education : Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
