As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operating efficiency of our fast-paced, Mission Valley law office.
This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy. This is an in-person, office position.

Responsibilities :
- Communication :
- Effectively and clearly communicate information to clients, team members, and Management.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data from clients.
- Respond to inquiries as directed by Senior Management.
- Participation :
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that embodies the organization's culture.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and foster a sense of belonging.
- Make sure that the Managing Partner has time in their schedule to eat meals and take breaks.

- Ensure you perform your work quickly, accurately, and efficiently to support exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Embody strong customer service skills.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an executive administrative role, preferably in a law firm or related industry.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn other software products (PC based).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Knowledge of tax law principles and regulations is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to assist in the preparation and filing of tax documents.
Compensation : $28 - $31 hourly
